We are just one week from spring (regardless of what it looks and feels like). This week I had the opportunity to photograph our friends, the Hoods in their backyard. It was such a beautiful day and great way to just embrace the beauty of the snow, regardless if we think 79 inches is enough. By the way, we are 10 inches away from beating the ALL TIME record of snowfall in Chicago. What a first winter for The Hoods who moved here from Georgia! I appreciate that even though they are ready for spring, they thought to call me to capture the fun they are still having despite the extreme winter we’ve been having. Wooo! Come soon spring!
